We have developed type-size ranges of vibration screens that comply with various requirements for granulometric division of materials in raw material processing lines.


VIBRATION SCREENS VTK


VTK Screens are suitable for screening of material of the grain size 0-250mm, the mesh size 2 - 200mm. The material can be aggregate, gravel sand, ore, coal, coke etc. VTK Screens are suitable for dry and wet screening. VTK Screens make circular movement. The movement is powered by unbalanced exciter located in the centre of gravity of the machine. The VTK Screens are produced with 1 - 4 screening decks, which can be made of steel, rubber or plastic.

The material can be aggregate, gravel sand, ore, coal, coke etc. VTE Screens are suitable for dry and wet screening. VTE Screens make unbalanced elliptical movement. The movement is powered by a vibrating motor located above the centre of gravity of the machine. The VTE Screens are produced with 1 - 3 screening decks, which can be made of steel, rubber or plastic.

These screens are mostly used to separate clay from the input material prior to its entrance to the technological line. The VTS Screens are powered by two vibrating motors attached to the sides of the screen. The adjustment of the unbalanced weights of the vibrating motors change the amplitude.

The VTS Screens are produced with 1 - 3 screening decks, which can be made of steel, rubber or plastic.

COARSE SCREENS VGO


VGO Coarse Screens are suitable for separating the clay from the input material prior to its entrance to the technological line, the grain size of the material should be up to 1m, and 1 to 2 screening decks. The upper deck has a grate and the screening slot of up to 150mm. The lower deck can have a screen with the mesh size of 35-63mm. The material can be aggregate, gravel sand, ore etc.

VGO Screens make circular movement. The movement is powered by unbalanced exciter located in the centre of gravity of the machine.

VGO Screens = many advantages:

  • Resistance against clogging and sticking of the screened material on the screening decks
  • The cascade design of the grate deck make the screening of finer fractions from the upper deck of the coarse screen more effective.

VIBRATION DEHYDRATORS VO


The VO vibration dehydrators are used to only remove excessive water which remains in the aggregate after wet aggregate production.

VO vibration dehydrator is one deck dehydrator where the undersize fraction falls through along the whole length of the dehydrator. On the housing face there are two screen modules for possible discharge of excessive water.

The movement of the housing is powered by two exciters located in the upper part of the housing, which are made of rotating unbalanced matter. Each exciter is seated in 4 bearings and is driven by a separate electric motor through flexible coupling.
